Very pleased with this item. It's exactly as described and more. It's beautifully crafted w/a contrasting-color wood inlay that has more detail to resemble frets than is evident in the product photo. I purchased this as a gift for a musician and will be proud to present it. As for the shipping, I requested expedited service which I received board arrived exactly as it should, packaged well.
