Ordered these knives and loved them. Very very sharp. I used bar keepers friend on them and ended up tarnishing them pretty bad. Emailed the company and provided them some information and pictures. Company honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a complete new set. Chicago Cutlery has exceded my expectations and restored my faith a little bit in companies ethics not to mention their knives are over the top. These feel great in your hand. They are well balanced and dont cause your hand to cramp. Trust me. Get these knives.
Very sharp, very effective knives for a beginner like me. Haven't had any problems with rusting like some have had. Easy fix: Wash the knives, dry immediately...that might have saved folks some trouble, though that may be seen as tedious or something that shouldn't have to be done.
