We took Mangia tool sets to China, where knives and forks are not always available. The knife, fork and spoon pack neatly into the plastic cover, and a set is not too heavy to carry around. The cover could be a tad larger it is a snug fit, and the cover on one of our sets cracked when snapped shut when the implements were not quite nested together perfectly. The cover was handy following a meal, when the cover could be snapped over the implements and the food residue was prevented from making a mess inside a pocket or purse.

these utensils are really great.

they stainless steel makes it easy to clean and it doesnt go bad if you dont clean them immediately. the size is perfect and they slide to gether perfectly. the cover is great as well.

i have already bought this for my boyfriend and sister in law to use. they also love it.

perfect for the office, camping and just anywhere on the go. I keep one in my purse and one in my lunch bag. I have been out to eat at a restraurant/fast food before and while everyone else was dealing with plastic utensils I pulled my set out of my purse and enjoyed my meal without dealing with a flimsy utensil.

I hate eating with plastic and I avoid it whenever possible. Besides breaking easily, being bad for our environment and generally not working well, it diminishes the eating experience for me. So when I stumbled on the Zelco 3 piece flatware set I decided to give it a try. I must say, it really fits my life style.

I travel sometimes for work so I often eat lunch at work and dinner in a hotel. I also prefer to bring my own healthy food, although I will grab some takeout on occasion. To eat with my own clean stainless flatware is a joy compared to the plastic landfill garbage. I would go as far as bring some from the kitchen drawer, but feared I would eventually loose a piece.

The Zelco set is now my solution. It is compact and easy to clean. It is sturdy. The knife is sharp. I am good to go.
