This utility knife is the best one that I have ever used. Everything about it is perfect. It cuts through cabbage so easily, and is ideal for any larger produce. The handle is ergonomical and nonslip. It feels like it was made for my hand. The blade is extra sharp and cuts through everything with ease. I also have the paring knives from Victorinox Swiss Classic, and I highly recommend those knives also. I have both the orange and the pink and love the colors so much. I have put away all of my other knives, and only use these knives now. They are the very best.
