I would like to be neutral like the Swiss, but I can't in regards to this knife. It is awesome and is perfect to use with my other "outdoor" cooking implements with my grill. Victorinox is one of the best brands out there. Buy today.
This is certainly a heavy duty knife that will last forever. Great quality. I bought it as a gift for my husband and he really likes it. From my point of view though, as a "paring" knife it doesn't work for me. It is a bigger paring knife than any of the others we have. The blade is bigger and thicker and the handle is larger than what I am used to. I still use the original ones we have. My husband leans toward this one.
