Having found it near impossible to find a large knife fabric knife case in my home country I turned to amazon and found this case. It feels very sturdy and well made. I am quite impressed by the size. The photos dont show you that the 'book folds' are double sided with a velcro flap in between. The photos also dont show all the mesh pockets in the last compartment. Very happy with the product but did find it a bit hard to fit certain wider items in such as offset palette knives, piping nozzles etc. Pockets do hold items very securely though. well worth the price and wait involved shipping it out here

I'm a chef and have been at it for about 14 years, and this is one of the best bags I've seen so far. A lot of my cooks have similar knife bags, but this one makes them jealous. The quality, fit, and finish are excellent. Tons of pockets, 16 knife slots and lots of places to store your other tools. The bag is very well constructed, and has some heft to it even when empty. I am a Chef in a gastropub in Indiana.... when i first started reading about this case i did alot of research. This thing is amazing!!! It has a TON of storage space for all my knives, my garnishing tools, cell phone charger, apron, pens, note book, etc... I used to have a small knife roll.... which was ok, but i always had to unroll it all the way just to get to my equipment, plus the knife roll had no space for everything i take to work.
