These Rada knives are really terrific. Be careful -they are very sharp. And, they hold their sharpness. The knife is relatively lightweight and easy to hold. It cuts effortlessly, smoothly and very clean. I like the way it fits in the hand. It washes up just fine. After looking at all of those imported knives and thinking about our taxes, our trade deficit, and our country's serious employment problems, I decided to buy American. Why do we have to ship money and jobs overseas when we have good enough products made here? There are too few of them. Well, I am happy with the knives I bought from Rada. Made right here.

I LOVE RADA knifes, I have owned mine for 5 years. Holds a good edge (although with any knife you have to sharpen from time to time)recommend getting a sharpener. Don't put in the dishwasher, only hand wash or it will dull the shine of the knife. HIGHLY Recommend these if you want a knife that last.

We received a set of Rada Knives for a wedding gift 15 years ago, and other than the handles getting dull, they are still cutting great. This particular knife is my absolute favorite, so much so, that I ordered 2 more. I like having the extra one on standby at the house and the second one I keep at my in-laws for when I have to fix supper for them.
