I have used this knife for 35 yrs. meat cutter ! for the price can't go wrong ,anyone who is looking for a good knife for the house this is the one! easy to handle!
I bought this knife based on review of the brand on a cooking show. I'm very happy with my decision. This is my third so far. The TV review had comparisons with some really good knives and this compared very favorably and at a small fraction of the price. And it's cheap enough to buy another if you have any problems. Not something I can say about the other brands with prices in the triple digits for one knife. Yes, I have a few and they don't get used as I'm afraid of ruining then. Dumb! This is slowly becoming my favorite brand.
