Progressive GPC 4000 Fruit & Vegetable Chopper

This gadget is wonderful. I've had mine for a couple of years now and use it for onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, and etc, anything that I need to dice. I've learned that you need to cut the food in small enough pieces before putting in the unit that they don't spread and interfere with the blades. That's not a big deal at all. I've also learned to give it a quick, firm chop. Once you get it down, you'll never want to be without it again.

The only downside is that, even with the little tool provided, it's a bit of a pain to get all the scraps out of the chopper, but that's okay. It's still well worth it.

Great kitchen item to have, saves tons of time with potatoes, and is fun to use. Only downside is that it's hard to clean the blades the way you'd like.

Blades are dull so you can not cut tomotoes without them squirting everywhere. The plastic base factured the first time I used it. Nice idea but poorly made. Dull blades + flimsey plastic = broken chopper
