This is a very nice balanced knife that not only works well on grapefruit but is wonderful for cutting the rind off melon wedges

The knife is good quality but I had trouble getting it all the way down to separate the skin from the grapefruit. The blade needs to be more flexible.

It looks nice and solid. The handle makes it look like a height quality knife. I really lie the degree of curve in he knife. However the knife isn't very sharp. It's a bit disappointing but it's still usable.
