I have owned this channel knife for more than a year and a half. I keep it at work, where not just myself, but 4 other bartenders use it hundreds of times per day. we have abused this little knife quite a bitthe zester broke off after about a year, but the channel cutter was perfect for much longer. the only reason I'm buying another is because it was finally lost a few days ago. Absolutely the best zester I've ever used. Makes a beautiful, thin peel that you can twist into a lovely curl. And you can make your twists as long as you want. So glad someone stole my old one!
