I got this set around 1998 and it is awesome. Best to hand wash the lid to preserve the steam release on top.

I did not buy this from amazon, but we gave my sister in law a set. She loves it. Heavy bottoms, steam feature works well, does not burn or scorch. She's used it constantly for 12 years, and nothing has broken or messed up.
