Super sharp knives. This was a gift for my mother and she absolutely loves these. Great quality, and a pretty decent deal. We did wind up buying a larger Wusthof Classic Santoku knife for her, as the bigger one here is not very big. Still, very usable.
You can pay far less and you get what you pay for. Sharp, good weight and balance. The blade don't wobble or bend, outstanding sharpness and a joy to work with in the kitchen. Highly recommend the Wusthof Classic
