Zwilling J.A. Henckels Twin Pure Silicone Pastry Brush

I think this is a good pastry brush. I only can compare it to one other non-silicone pastry brush, but I like it much better than the traditional design. I like that it actually comes out of the dishwasher clean, without and remaining residue. The only downside: the handle is heavier than the brush, so it is not possible to leave it in a bowl (unless the sides of the bowl are fairly tall) without it flipping out of the bowl onto the counter.
