By far the best thing about this knife is its length & sharpness. However, the steel is thin & flexible, meaning blade has a tendency to veer off the vertical when cutting into, say, a dense loaf of bread, resulting in slices of uneven thickness. Would have been much better with a thicker, stiffer blade.Save 39% Off
