I saw a review and recommendation for this knife in an addition of SAVEUR magazine and decided to splurge. The price was exactly as advertised and I knew from the first use this was a spectacular buy and knife. If you cook a lot and are in need of a perfect knife...spend the money ,this is it. AMAZON was excellent as always!
