Seven-Piece Ceramic Knife Set, Chef's Knife, Utility Knife, Pairing Knife and Ceramic Peeler

I was a little skeptical when I found these knives as I was used to seeing good ceramic knives cost a lot more. But with the Amazon A-Z guarantee I figured I couldn't go wrong so I tried them. We bought them for our boat and I had them a while until the weather got good. Well we went out for a few days last week and I got to try them out. They are now our only knives on the boat except for a bread knife and a cheese knife. THESE KNIVES ARE WONDERFUL. I am a little older and have arthritis and these knives caused me no discomfort. They are sharp, well balanced, fit snugly in the hand and after chopping a lot of vegetables for a stew my hands and wrist were not tired at all.

We have a couple of Kyocera knives in our kitchen and these are just as good at 1/3rd the price.

I bought these knives as a gift for my kids after visiting them and not being able to find a knife in their kitchen sharp enough to cut cleanly and easily through a tomato. Both my son and d-i-l say they really like them. The set arrived on the first day of the delivery "window" and contains sleeves to protect the ceramic blades (3 knives, 3 sleeves and a peeler).
