Kleve knives are VERY good for the price (if you get 'em cheap). I have the regular paring Kleve knife and also bought one of these to complete the set. I'm not sure it is any more useful than the regular parer. It could be a tad longer for better storage in a block. Otherwise good knife (wouldn't pay more than $10).
I am since years trying to replace my favorite paring knife and ordered this one on sale. It seems to be good quality and nice packaging but unusable for me. I have medium sized hands and this knife feels far to big and bulky to give me good control over it. Maybe someone with bigger hands feels differently though.
