Nogent Classic 3-1/2-Inch Serrated Paring Knife

I am very pleased with the sharpness and construction and feel of this knife. I lost one of my knives, and I spent some time looking at different local stores for a replacement. I didn't find anything that I liked and also felt good about the price. This fit the bill, and I recommend it to others. The only problem I've encountered is that some of the stain from the wooden handle bled onto my sink when I left it in some water, so be careful of that.

I love this little knife. I was looking for a replacement paring knife and I found it with this one! I'm not a professional when it comes to cooking, but this is the best little paring knife I have owned. It's my go to knife for more than just paring,I use it all the time. It's nice and sharp and glides through whatever I am slicing. I was concerned about the price, but it has proved to be well worth the money.
