Mundial 5625-8 8-Inch Butcher Knife, Black

This is my 2nd knife of this brand. The first was their boning knife that I was thrilled with (and really glad I bought cut resistant gloves b/c it was so sharp so I was a little disappointed that this was pretty dull when it arrived. I was able to improve it with a few strokes of the steel (though I know that is not 'sharpening') though. The handle is comfortable and it is easy to clean and relatively light without feeling cheap. I think for the money it is a serviceable option particularly if you are able to sharpen it a bit yourself.
