I saw this in a scandinavian store out in Santa Fe on a long holiday weekend it perfectly captured what is wonderful about european design form and function. The board lies flat with rubber anti-skid bits underneath and the moment you are finished chopping, you use the handle and presto! it converts into a triangular shape to funnel the produce into your pan so practical, so simple, you wonder why this wasn't invented 50 years ago! Really!i gave 3 as gifts and then gave away mine, so now i'm buying another one from amazon. we all have that moment when we're pushing things off the cutting board and they miss the pan this is the solution as good for an amateur cook like me or a chef. LOVE!
