Chicago Cutlery Landmark 6-3/4-Inch Santoku Knife, Sheath Packaging

I'm kind of a knife snob and I bought this knife as a present for a friend. It was SHARP. It has a great "balance," that feeling of wielding a powerful chopping weapon in your hand. It also looks really expensive. You could probably only need this one knife in your kitchen it's that good. It's better than buying a Wusthof if you get the cheap kind that is not full tang (the metal goes all the way to the back.)
