My first 1 arrived broken. When I emailed the company they asked for pictures and I sent them. The quickly sent me another stone at their cost, I got to keep the broken 1 and the brand new 1. This company is good for business, they took care of me! This stone sharpens very well,too! I sharpened almost every knife i have with this product to almost razor sharpness. Very satisfied!
