Sabatier 5 1/2 Inch Utility Knife

First, I will qualify this review by saying I am by no means a chef. I have never used an expensive knife, and chef's knives make me nervous because I am clumsy and they look imposing.

That being said, I found this page while looking for another one of these Sabatier Utility knives. I don't even remember where I got it, but I will dig this knife out of the dishwasher and hand wash it before I will resort to using another knife. I use it for everything from meat to veggies to fruit to bread.

Great knife.
