I paid approx.$10 for the set of four, and for that price they are pretty nice. I had them for 3 years and they are holding up nicely. I can't believe though that they are priced at $70 now, totally outrageous.
I ordered these since I needed some for my own use in the kitchen and didn't really intend to use them for entertaining...and it's a good thing! The material used in the handles is very cheap looking and has a lot of imperfections in it. I also ordered the same set in the pearlized blue which was much nicer. I guess the plus side is that I can use these for cooking, put them in the dishwasher, etc. without worrying or caring what happens to them.
