The Progressive Plastic Cheese Knife is fantastic. I have cut Swiss cheese and Velvetta cheese with this knife (cold) and it slices with no resistance and cleanly. Does not stick to the knife whatsoever. It is very easy to slice very thin slices, too. A comfortable fit for your hands & the bag slicer on the end of the handle is super convenient. A must have item. Also, the knife blade will not cut you! But don't give it to a child due to the little bag cutter at the end of the handle.
