Kotobuki Japanese Kitchen Knife Set

My roommate had these knifes and I used them for a while, and they made enough of an impression on me that, I now own a set as well. They are very sharp and light. The balance is just right for me, and I really enjoy using them.

The only downside to these knifes is that they rust fairly easy, which is to be expected. Must take care to make sure they are dried completely before setting them away. Any drops left behind leave rust marks immediately.

I'm quite surprised there are no other reviews of these knives, they are quite excellent.
