Kitchenaid 4 ½ Inch Stainless Steel Santoku Knife

Recently I discovered this knife in a drawer waiting for me to try it. Mrs. Spudman had bought it but never told me about it. This knife feels comfortable in the hand with a nice balance and weight. I like to use it to trim corn on the cob; it cuts through the cob ends with ease. It's also a good knife to cut other vegetables, like onions, cucumbers, and POTATOES. It's heads and tails better than the cheap knives I'm used to.

This Kitchenaid knife, despite its price, gets the Spudman seal of approval.
