I love this little paring knife! It's sharp and holds its edge very well. Its small size fits nicely in my hand making it easy to maneuver and use for everyday applications in the kitchen. I find this inexpensive knife to be superior to much more expensive knives I've tried which brag about their balanced weight yet fail to mention their awkward shape and size or that they cannot hold a sharp edge.
