Dexter-Russell (S131F-6PCP) - 6" Boning Knife - Sani-Safe Series

I bought this knife and the Dexter-Russell 10" butcher knife for butchering a caribou for the first time. These are good quality, sturdy knives that stand up to a lot of use. I will only use them for cutting up game meat, and I think they will last a long time.

This knife is still like a razor blade after a few months. Super sharp, comfortable handle, rips through poultry like a lazer. I think Dexter-Russel knives are some of the best out there-Thanks!!

tenderlions, backstraps, hind quaters, what can i tell you, keep it sharp and the knife works fine. yeah, i'd buy it again.
