Wusthof Silverpoint II 4-1/2-Inch Utility Knife

This knife is part of my set and it is a very useful for smaller prep work. I use it for slicing olives, small peppers, mushrooms ect. Its light and the blade is nice and thin and very sharp so it cuts very thin slices with ease, much better than my heavier forged knife would. Its also a nice bar knife for lemons & limes to add to cocktails and its under $10 too..

This knife is so flimsy it is useless. I should have returned it. The Wusthof company should be embarrassed about having put their name on it. I ended up buying the much more expensive Wusthof Classic knife the same size, which is very good.
