I've had two of these knives about 1 1/2 years now. I use them almost every day for peeling and trimming produce. They're still sharp and have never yet needed sharpening. I'm an average-size woman, and I love the size and curvature of the blade and the handle size and shape. I find it very comfortable to use, with great control and very little fatigue.
