Swiss Army Brands 40039 Breaking Knife, 8-Inch

I got this knife after being in MI and seeing all the charter boat aptins using is to cut up all the fish. I have never seen a knife just slide right though a 20lb samon without any effort. I have used other kifes and electric ones in the past. This putts all other knifes to shame. Lets just start with the fact this is a 8inch blade you might not need this but once you get used to it you can go through fish like nothing. I have also gotten the 12 inch bknife and another great knife. If you want to cut alot of meat and fast this is your knife. If you want an extremly sharp durable knife this si the knife.
