Rada Cutlery Heavy Duty Paring Knife, Made in USA (Pack of 2)

I have been using RADA knives for a lot of years. I needed to buy a couple of new knives--checked Amazon and they were there. I bought the black handled knives as I like to put them in the dishwasher. These knives retain their sharpness for quite a while and just a swipe or two (I use my Chicago steel) and the blade edge is as good as new. I have found that even in the dishwasher, they seldom, if ever, show any spots. I have yet to have a RADA knife rust. This is a good knife, reasonable price and they are sharp.

used to using a very sharp knife like me. Please have some

band-aids handy till you get used to using these! I am getting

rid of the old knife's here and using these for now on.

These are very great paring knifes to have. I highly recomend

this brand of knife in the kitchen!!
