BOSKA Holland Stainless Steel Parmesan Knife

So why does somebody buy a Parmesan knife?

That would be the first question most would ask and simply put...it's because I constantly have imported Parmigiano Reggiano in the fridge.

Now without getting into the necessity of this knife, or that common sense dictates that it doesn't really cut Parmesan any better or worse than any other knife with a sharp edge, or that it's not even a traditional styled Parmesan knife......I gave it five stars simply because it looks bad ass.

I guess the only true tip I could give anyone interested in this knife is to be aware that it is much bigger than one would expect based on both the picture and a traditional Parmesan knife.
