J.A. Henckels International Classic 6-Inch Stainless-Steel Utility Knife

J.A. Henckels International Classic 6-Inch Stainless-Steel Utility KnifeThis knife is one of the best products I have purchased as of late. The balance and superior feel of this knife puts it into a class of its own. Other than an occasional pass over a steel it has maintained a great cutting edge. The small size enables you to easily tackle many small jobs that a larger cooks knife is just not practical for. Due to the quality and price I don't place these in the dishwasher. But this is a small price to pay for a knife that I will use for years to come and pass on to my children.

The Classic series knife was the third individual henckles knife that we purchased. Previously we had purchased knives from the Eversharp line and were not happy with them at all. This knive was a pleasant surprise and led us to experiment with more of the Henckles line until we ended up purchasing a Pro S series set that we absolutely love. Although the Classics are not as sharp as the S series knives they are much more affordable and are very good strong and sturdy knives. The 6 inch utility knife is a great all purpose knive that I find myself reaching for more than any of the others.

I received my utility knife several weeks ago ande was so pleased with it that I ordered one more for myself and some for my family members. I first noticed the weight and suspension of the knife and felt it to be excellent. I find that when carving and chopping that is important. I also like the length of the 16 inch blade for all my uses.

The knife I purchased had a smaller handle than I expected; however, it cuts wonderfully.

It makes me upset when hearing people complain that a pricey Henckels is not as sharp as a $3.5 knife! It doesn't matter how much you paid for a knife, it needs to be sharpened! The difference between a good and a bad knife is the degree of sharpness it can hold and the duration it will last. A good knife should never be serrated so it can be sharped. A knife of $3.5 will never be as sharp due to the material used.

My guess is that some people are comparing a over-used, never sharpened Henckels with a newly bought $3.5 knife. The edge of a knife is a singular point and the sharpness is only determined by the way it is sharpened and the steel composition. A cheap knife after sharpening will go dull quickly and settle to a stable sharpness (much less shaper than a higher end knife). That's why you will see knifes have difficulties cutting through tomato and pork skins. A good knife with well maintained edge can last at least for a few weeks and even that is far better than a newly sharpened cheap knife. A few strokes of sharpening will restore its full luster in no time.

A over-used Henckels can be just as bad as a cheap knife unless being taken care of. Whoever thinks an expensive Henckels doesn't need sharpening deserves the suffering and frustration of using a $3.5 knife when cutting through onions, tomatoes and chicken skins.

Includes Savor Recipes Book , DVD and Spatula.I received this machine for Christmas and I have used it everyday since I received it. I love the preprogrammed settings. I mainly use the smoothie setting and the soup setting. You put your ingredients in the blender and walk away. I love how smooth the smothines are. I have made smoothies with flax seed, strawberries, blueberries, kiwis and other fruit that I thought there would be problems the seeds and there are no problems. If you still see the seeds, just run it a couple seconds longer. The soups are amazing. I love the squash soup recipe in the cookbook and have even substituted sweets potatoes for the squash. The other recipes to try are broccoli soup, tortilla soup.

To speed myself up in the morning, I get everything ready and set out the night before. cutting board and knife are if I will need it. Flaxseed is already in the blender, along with protein powder (if I plan on using it), so in the morning I just get out the fruits and vegetables that I want in the smoothie and then I am out the door

Cutlery and More 11-slot In-Drawer Bamboo Knife Block

Cutlery and More 11-slot In-Drawer Bamboo Knife BlockI just got my order of 2 of these in-drawer knife blocks and I love them already!! I had pre-measured so I knew they'd fit into my drawer but I was unsure about the quality as I've read conflicting reviews. All I can say is that mine are of very good quality, on a scale of 1-10 I'd rate as a 7-8. There are no rough edges, nothing is loose or ill-fitted, but they are not what you'd expect from say a solid hardwood. However, they fit all of my knives and share one drawer. Things are organized and best of all, they are off the counter where they had previously been collecting dust in their old knife block which was impossible to clean. I recommend.

Product exactly as described and measured. Good finish. So true in size and finish that I fit (3) 5 1/4 in. units into a 15 3/4 in. drawer. looks great, works great/

Shun Pro 10-5/8-Inch Yanagiba Knife

Shun Pro 10-5/8-Inch Yanagiba KnifeWithout being a purist, (I'm from Wisconsin, after all), this is a very nice sashimi knife, considering the price. Those of you who work at sushi bars will scoff, but this isn't a $600 hocho either, and not all of us wish to spend so much. No saya came with my knife.

After many sharpenings, the back must be leveled, very much like a good Japanese chisel, as the hollowed part comes closer to the edge, but this is true of all knives of this type.

Money well burned, if you cut a lot of fish into tiny bits. It is good for many other things, and gets a lot of use in my house.

BTW if you are just fooling around or learning, get one of the $30 knives they are plenty good, and, if you find that you don't like using this type, you haven't blown a bunch of cash that you could have spent on ahi or mahimahi . . .

I bought this to use at work; I couldn't be happier with it. It's a beautiful knife, excellent for skinning & portioning fish. We get large Mahi-Mahi halves w/ the skin on in the kitchen I work in, & I bought this knife mainly to use on those. It's perfect for the job. A flawless edge and needle-sharp, perfect tip make what was a somewhat cumbersome task a breeze. I have several knifes from various well-known "upscale" companies; this one ranks at the top of the list. Beautiful to look at, perfectly weighted, precision edge everything one could want in a knife. I hesitated at the price, but after using this knife for a couple of weeks, it's obvious that it was a worthwhile investment. With proper care, I'm sure it will stand up to many, many years of professional use. In a home kitchen, I'd wager it would last a lifetime.

Meat Carving and Bread KnifeLove it, have waited for 20 years to get my hands on this wonderful knives, my previous knives lasted 20 years

I just want to say that I have had exactly the same knife for years when I lived in the UK, and have used it for 6 years in the US.

I have cut cardboard, polystryene, plastic piping, rubber and still used it to cut bread and is still as sharp as the day I purchased it.

If anyone purchases one of these, then they have got a sharp knife for life

Already owning two Henckels Twin Pro-S 5-inch serrated knives, I was curious how this one compared. It was deeply discounted at a local box store, so I bought one. It is slightly different than the one pictured on Amazon, as mine has an ergonomic handle, but is still called Premio 5-inch serrated. One big difference between the two, and it's an important one--the Premio is made in China (using German stainless steel) and the Twin Pro S is precision forged, ice hardened and made in Germany. Both have heft and cut through vegetables (particularly tomatoes) with ease. After that, the Twin Pro S leaves the Premio in the dust. It does a much better job cutting through tougher foods, particularly meat. It's true the Twin Pro S costs much more, but they can frequently be found on Ebay and other sites at very good prices. The Premio still gets put to use and does a good job, but only on foods I know it can handle. A five-inch serrated knife is indispensable in the kitchen--I feel privileged to now own three!

Gibson Anneville 9-Piece Hostess Set

Gibson Anneville 9-Piece Hostess SetI don't host many dinner parties and I generally use an OXO and All-Clad cooking set when making food. I wanted something that had a few different pieces for serving that wouldn't break the bank. I really didn't care about quality that much...it isn't like you use this type of flatware all that much to begin with, and you use it for serving rather than eating.

Having bought four flatware sets that all stunk, I finally took the plunge and paid the $250 for Liberty's 45 piece American-forged flatware set. It is absolutely amazing quality and I expect it to last centuries...that's something I'll use every day and given the flatware you use for eating, it's something you interact for many times longer than what you serve the food with...I wanted something of exceptional quality to eat with and I got it...BUT, at the same time, I didn't feel a need to spend another $100 on multiple serving pieces that I'll rarely use. This was further because between the Liberty set and a few All-Clad pieces, I spent a small fortune the past month.

So when I ordered these, I was not expecting anything well-made...I mean, at 75 cents per item (and that price is DELIVERED), expectations should not be that this is something that competes with high-end American-forged flatware...it doesn't, but for it's purpose it is a great product. Still my emphasis here is that one should have a realistic expectation of what they are buying beforehand. I was surprised because these really exceeded my expectations. I'd place their quality close-but-slightly-lower than most of the JA Henckel and Oneida flatware products that are made in China. These look good, get the job done, clean up pretty easily, are very easy to restore a shine with a mild abrasive such as Nevr'Dull wading cloth, and are priced so cheap if they get messed up it's no worry at all. It's great for family dinners when you may have young children beating up the flatware...you know anything used to serve is going to get beaten up, and most people do not even notice what they are serving with.

The two biggest downsides are the ones you would expect with entry-level flatware...bending and staining. These do a good job resisting bending, but if you put a hella good of bit of force on these, they will bend. They are not going to be ideal for prying/makeshift cutting. Also, they have a stain resistance that is far lower than something like (true) 18-10 stainless...again, this is expected. They still do have good staining resistance, but these are NOT serving utensils you want to leave in a dishwasher for an extended period after they are clean, expose them to acidic fruits or very salty foods and not rinsing them off immediately after serving is complete, or leave sitting somewhere in which drying will be slow/humidity is 100%. The easy solution to this is to clean them promptly after usage and dry them after cleaning...do that and they will keep the high polish finish for a long time. If they do stain/pit, any mind abrasive will quickly take care of it. Worst case, if one piece bends or heavily pits, you're out of a whopping 75 cents.

These get the job done and if you are looking for an inexpensive serving set that looks good and will last for many years, I think you will be most satisfied given the dirt cheap price and good-quality product. When taking both price and quality in mind, I give these 5 stars hands down.

Started my party serveware / tableware / flatware collection and this is great. I got a good deal through the warehouse deals. The box was trashed but I didn't care. The serving utensils were in perfect condition. They are thin but it's fine for the casual parties that we have.

I bought this hostess set because it has long handles, which is great for use at potluck lunches or similar. These look nice, but they are not heavy duty, in fact they are kinda thin but for what I need it for, that doesn't matter. I like that there are many different pieces such as a slotted spoon, pie server, cake server, ladle, serving fork, a butter knife, and a few others. I recommend this hostess set to anyone that needs a lot of serving pieces and doesn't want to spend a lot of money on it.

Chicago Cutlery Metropolitan 20pc Block Set

Chicago Cutlery Metropolitan 20pc Block SetCustomer review from the Amazon Vine Program

I have thoroughly enjoyed owning and using a this matching set of knives over the past few months. My prior set was simply a hodgepodge of marginal quality blades we've acquired since our marriage 20-odd years ago. I waited to review this set because I wasn't sure how they'd hold up after a few uses given the price, but I've been pleasantly surprised.

They don't hold an edge indefinitely, I've had to sharpen the blades I use most often a couple of times so far. I have used the included sharpener for the longer knives, but use my Furi for the smaller ones, and I prefer the edge it gives me.

This is a great set for someone in their first apartment, or a good inexpensive wedding gift that will be appreciated by a couple that isn't looking for something that is chef quality.

The knives feel good in your hand, and are relatively lightweight without feeling cheap. The scissors are also very nice and work smoothly.

I am also uploading a composite photo of all the individual components included in this set, as the official photo doesn't show much!

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I picked up this knife set along with Ginsu Koden Series 14-Piece Cutlery Set with Black Blockshortly before the holiday season. I used both sets during the holidays and I have to say that the Chicago Cutlery set is a better value for the money. The blades are sharper, there are six more blades in the set and the block is better quality.

To give you a better idea of what you can expect I will breakdown the two sets. Please note, my review is for those consumers looking for a relatively inexpensive set of knives. Neither set is truly "professional quality"; the company's claims that they are should be taken with something less than a grain of salt. If you want/need that grade of knife you are going to pay quite a lot more for a single knife than you are paying for these two sets.

Contents:

Ginsu 14 piece set with 3.5" paring knife, six 4.5" steak knives, 4.5" utility knife, 5" boning knife, 8" slicer, 8" chef's knife and 7" Santoku knife. Scissors and plastic covered wood block.

Chicago Cutlery 20 piece set with 2.75" peeler, 3.5"parer, eight 4.5" steak knives, 4.75" partoku knife, 5" boning knife, 5.5" utility knife, 6,.75"santoku, 7.5" chef's knife, 8" slicer, 9" bread knife, sharpening steel, kitchen shears and hardwood block.

Design:

Ginsu All blades, with the exception of the santoku, are serrated and never need to be sharpened. This is supposed to prevent the tearing of food and eliminate the hassle of keeping the blades in good order. The blade handles are stainless steel and there is a black end piece with the Ginsu logo imbedded in it. The knives fit well in the hand, feel a bit light and are not especially sharp. (There is no comparison between the Ginsu bread knife and the Chicago cutlery one the Ginsu flattens fresh bread and tears the skin of tomatoes, the Chicago Cutlery knife glides through both. The santoku knife in this set is the exception it cuts very well but does need to be maintained. The knife set itself is pleasing to look at and would be a sharp addition to those kitchens with stainless steel appliances.

Chicago Cutlery The non-serrated knives have a tapered edge on the blade for optimal sharpness, they also have the typical hollow ovals seen on most santoku knives to help food release from the knife. The metal tang extends from the tip of the blade to the end and this strengthens the knife and also gives it balance in the hand. The scalloped edge blades have the full tang as well. Both styles have a triple rivet securing the handle to the tang. The handles are black plastic and are formed to fit the hand. The knives slice well, fit nicely in the hand and have a pleasing weight to them. The knife set will look appropriate in most kitchens.

Care:

Ginsu Dishwasher safe*.

Chicago Cutlery Hand washing recommended.

Block:

Ginsu Wood block with black plastic cover.

Chicago Cutlery Hardwood storage block.

Warranty:

Ginsu Limited lifetime warranty.

Chicago Cutlery Full lifetime warranty.

As noted above, I would have no qualms about recommending the Chicago Cutlery set to the typical weekend warrior cook. It is a very good value for the money. The Ginsu set I would recommend only for those who like a bit of flash, very little hassle (with sharpening), a smaller unit and don't mind mediocre performance.

*For purposes of this review I am putting these knives in the dishwasher and seeing how they hold up, so far, so good, if I note etching, water spotting or other undesirable effects I will update. (Side note: years of experience and advice have taught me to keep my sharps out of the dishwasher.)

Prepare to laugh. I'm 66, was a workaholic, never cooked, now retired, live in mountains raising and showing dogs. My neighbors are hunters and give me Elk and Venison meat scraps for my dogs that require scraping the meat off the hide. After suffering through 2 seasons of this all-day-long scraping with a knife I probably picked up at the grocery store 20 years ago, I went searching for good knives. I spent a great deal of time searching and reading customer reviews. I finally decided this was the best bang for the buck. I cried the first time I processed these meat scraps....These knives are AMAZING! Next time I pack for fire evacuation, these are going with me!!!!

I've had a set of the Chicago Cutlery metropolitans for 10+ years. That set is great. I purchased this set for a friend......wow......what a difference. These knives are no where near balanced, the blades are much thinner, the handles are two pieces of presumably hollow plastic riveted to the tang. Just the chef's knife from my set outweighs three of these cooking knives. I was embarrassed when she opened it, handed me one, and said......."These are nice, are you sure they are the same ones you have?" Well "Chicago Cutlery" and "metropolitan" are embossed on the blade. That's where the similarity ends. So much for trusting in a great product line over time. I am saddened by this. Amazon was great about it though, and took them back with no fuss.

Want Chicago Cutlery Metropolitan 20pc Block Set Discount?

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Chicago Cutlery produces several lines of cutlery and Metropolitan is their budget line. I already knew this so I wasn't expecting fine knives, but these are surprisingly better that I would have thought.

Included in the set is a large, hardwood block, a honing steel, kitchen shears, eight 4.5" steak knives, a 2.75" peeler, a 3.5" parer, a 4.75" Partoku, a 5" boning knife, a 5.5" utility knife, a 6.75" Santoku, a 7.5" chef's knife, an 8" slicer, and a 9" bread knife. (The Partoku is Chicago Cutlery's name for this knife, which is a cross between a paring knife and a Santoku knife.)

The block is large, measuring 6 1/4"W x 12 1/2"H x 12 1/4"D, so it will take up some room on your counter. It's heavy and is one of the nicest components of this set.

The kitchen shears are exceptional! They are truly some of the best I've ever had.

The knives all feature a full tang meaning the blade runs all the way through the middle of the handle, which is attached with 3 rivets. The handles are nicely shaped and have good weight. The handles are a black, polymer material and are well finished.

The blades are stamped, high-carbon stainless steel. (Stamped knives are the most inexpensive to manufacture and unless the steel is of very high quality, they tend to dull quickly.) All of the blades are very lightweight. This may be a plus for folks who have trouble wielding a big, heavy knife. There are no bolsters on these knives, as bolsters are only on forged blades. (A bolster is a thick ridge at the end of the blade where it meets the handle. It is designed to prevent hand slippage and reduce hand fatigue.)

In my use of these knives, I find the steel to be a little soft and so the edge has a tendency to roll. I recommend using the included honing steel every time you use one of your knives. It only takes a couple of seconds and makes a huge difference in performance, especially with inexpensive knives. They arrive quite sharp and take an edge well. I suspect that they will need to be sharpened fairly regularly so I would purchase an AccuSharp Knife Sharpener With Replacement Blades to go with this set. I would also be careful not to put these knives in the dishwasher. The handles could probably take it fine, but the blades would likely suffer for it and might even develop some light rust spots due to the inexpensive materials used.

Chicago Cutlery also warrants their knives for life. It is a well-known brand that has been around for a long time so this warranty is likely to be upheld.

This set is sort of an entry level item, with some nice features. I would say it would be best for someone setting up a household for the first time or for someone outfitting a temporary living arrangement. These knives will not please someone who is used to high quality knives or who does a lot of chopping and cutting on a daily basis, but they are decent enough for starting out and they have a nice assortment.

I give this set 3 stars because the box and the product page claims professional quality knives, which is vague and misleading. If they advertised these knives as a budget or value package, I would enthusiastically give them a 4-star rating because it is quite a nice set if you know that these are not top-quality knives that will last you a lifetime.

Undercabinet Hide-Away Cookbook Holder

Undercabinet Hide-Away Cookbook HolderGood quality. Sturdy. Not for large or unusually shaped books. Easy to install. Make sure you leave room for any light guard / undercabinet lighting. Ours just fits over the flat mounted underlighting. Although our lights get hot. Plastic shelf is @ 1 inch or less from the light. Heat doesn't SEEM to affect / melt the plastic shelf but we only had it on for @ 1 hour or so. We'll see.

Main issue is the size. Wish it were wider (and for some books, had more height clearance) as we have many gourmet/coffee table style cook books (french laundry. bouchon, alinea etc all excellent btw) that will NOT fit on/in the cookbook holder. Mainly an issue of width; thicker books unless huge are usually ok. If your collection has average sized books, you'll be ok.

Quality is very good but priced too high.

I had two of these at my former house which I brought with me from the house before that. I used one as a cookbook holder and the other as a message center in the kitchen. I'd buy it again if my current cabinets weren't all fitted with undercounter lights. The books remained dry and clean without having to constantly clean a plastic cover. It was easy to keep the pages open because of the angle. Despite opening and closing mine multiple times per day over a period of 10 years, they remained in mint condition. I never even had to tighten a screw.

Paper template for easy install. There will be a slight shadow from the cabinet on the top third of the recipe. I solved that by buying a couple cheap battery push LED lights you can get at the box hardware stores, wally world, etc. Just mount underneathe and the cookbook holder still folds up nicely. Very sturdy and the chrome/acyrlic clear finish adds a contemporary look to the kitchen versus the wooden grain one that would not have matched my cabinets. Fits most of my cook books.

A good product that helps clear counter space. Well made, though the springs are very strong. The combination of plastic, steel and tight springs could be disastrous if the main tray ever cracked. The unit is large, so you will need a large cabinet.

John Boos 209 Chop-N-Slice 12 by 8 by 1-Inch Cutting Board with Deep Juice GrooveOkay, I keep this sitting out on my granite countertop all the time. I use it every day.. I've owned it for over two years now, and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Just remember to clean it properly and oil it ever so often, and it will last for decades! It's the perfect size for my salad I fix daily, as well as cutting up fruit or anything! I love it that it's reversible, because I do use both sides of it. All our kids want one for Christmas, so I'll be buying quite a few more. That groove on it is a lifesaver and a great bonus, too! Any Boos block is worth every penny!!

12 x 8 is kind of smaller than I pictured, but it will do the trick and is really pretty and solid. On the positive side, it fits well on the counter top. Forgot to mention I searched Amazon for "made in USA" and this was a good find.

This is my first John Boos cutting board and it has been great. I like the size and it has a nice weight to it and does not harbor bacteria. I didn't know if I would like the juice groove but have found that it has come in handy. Since I cook quite a bit, I often find myself using both sides of the board and so far it has held up very well. This board is not maintenace free. You do need to keep the wood moisturized, which in my case is like every three weeks. (I use the John Boos Board Cream and Mystery Oil.) Not having moisturized previous cutting boards probably explains why I went through them so quickly.

The juice groove is deep to allow for extra juicy cuts of meat and the size is perfect for a 16 oz T bone! We will enjoy for years to come hopefully

Rosle 12726 Cheese Cleaver

Rosle 12726 Cheese CleaverI love the Rosle kitchen gadgets and have become a collector. This cleaver is very solid and high quality. I have washed it several times in the dishwasher and it shines just like when it arrived. It is very sharp and comes with a protective sleeve for storage. Although most Rosle items are now made in China and not Germany, the quality still seems to be high. I bought this to give as a hostess gift, but kept it for myself (haha!).

YOSHIHIRO- Shiroko-Kasumi Yanagi Sashimi Chef Knife 10.5" 270mm -MADE IN JAPAN

YOSHIHIRO- Shiroko-Kasumi Yanagi Sashimi Chef Knife 10.5' 270mm -MADE IN JAPANOur son loves and has made Sushi a hobby.

He wanted a good sushi knife.

He is very pleased with this gift.

I bought this knife after first trying a Kai Shun Pro version. That knife did not have the right blade grind it had a secondary grind on the front side. So I sent it back and ordered this one. It came from the seller in a couple of days with Prime, and has the classic, perfect grind completely flat ground on the front, and concave ground on the back, resulting in a consistent razor edge. Also well balanced and a good length. Very pleased.

I make sushi for a living so I use this knife every day. It has a good weight. You can tell it's steel, because it's heavy but not too heavy. It really fits well in your hand. The blade wasn't bad at first, but I sharpened it and now I can cut paper thin slices of fish. Basically, this knife is exactly as described and came in a very timely manner.

Kai Magnetic Blade Guard

Kai Magnetic Blade Guard, SmallI bought four of these of various sizes (including the large) and all of them suffered from the same defect. The guard is essentially two pieces: a plastic outer guard and attached thin magnetic strips lining the inside. The problem is that the magnetic strips in all four of my guards started peeling away, so that when you tried to pull apart the two pieces of the guard the magnetic strips still stuck to the knife blade making these guards essentially useless. I even tried gluing them back together in a last ditch effort to salvage these pieces of crap, but to no avail.

Simply put: do not buy.

10 hours after buying and properly cutting to size, the magnetic inner walls began to peel off. Pretty cheap quality.

Cheap, poor quality! bought medium size. Apparently that wont fit a standard 8 chef knife size, as a large is needed. This will only fit large bread or filet\boning knives. This is my fault for not accurately checking the measurements, it was just the only available sturdy looking knife guard on amazon and they only had the medium/small sizes. Over priced crap. It felt like it was worth 5 buck tops.

I used it with my shun knife but when I opened the blade guard, the magnetic sheet slip from the plastic. I have to pull the magnetic sheet to paste to the plastic guard EVERY TIME I open the guard. I don't throw it away but I stop using it. :(

No problems with mine. got it, cut it to size and been using it for about 2 months. I think the others who complained about it were pulling the knife straight out the bottom. You can't do that. As long as you know what your doing this is a good product.

Deba Bocho

Deba BochoPlease see the review I gave the usuba bocho knife from the same seller. Everything I said about it applies to this. To sum it up, a wonderful buy for the money. I plan to buy it's mate, the sashimi knife, in the near future.

I bought this knife thinking it would be just a cool knife to break out when I'm trying my hand in making some sushi, but I ended up using it everytime I'm cutting vegetables because of how sharp it is. The handle feels cheap, but it has held together nicely. The knife cuts through vegetables easy, and I haven't thought of anything to complain about it yet.

Ginkgo Panda Babies 3-Piece Stainless Steel Childs Flatware Set, Spring Green

Ginkgo Panda Babies 3-Piece Stainless Steel Childs Flatware Set, Spring GreenI bought this set for my 4 year old. I like it a lot because unlike many child sized utensils, the fork prongs are actually sharp enough for him to use. The fork is smaller than a lot of other child sized forks, it only has three prongs instead of four, but my son is really able to use it to pick up his food. The knife is not sharp at all and truthfully my son doesn't really need to cut any food but he likes that he has a knife like mommy and daddy.

Got a great deal on these. Shipping took forever and when it arrived there was no fork or knife, just three infant-sized spoons. The photo appears to be toddler sized, but we received infant sized.
