Great knife! Cuts like butter. I work in a professional kitchen and i purchased this knife for use at work. I love it. It has great balance fits my hand well. It doesn't fatigue my hand. Blade is sharp and perfect thickness. Great product for a great price.

Wusthof knives are excellent but normally are pretty spendy. This is a great knife without the high price. Only drawback is it doesn't have the fancy wooden handle.

The knife works great, but it needs a case or holder. Very sharp and if you want it to be kept nice for a long time, that's what I would recommend.

I bought this to try out a Wusthof before buying one of their higher quality knives. The first thing I noticed upon handling it was the weight: even for a small woman like myself it was very light. The handle seems like a very cheap plastic; even on less costly knives I've never felt a handle like that. I didn't notice any faults with the blade, but it was so unbalanced for me that I returned it.
