These knives, for the 3 weeks I have been using them, have been a healthy start to my cutlery collection. The handles feel very natural and they cut through anything without problem. My one gripe would be that the gratton edge on the santoku knife does not do its job as well as it should, but, regardless, this set is a perfect affordable choice for anyone.
Great weight and ergonomics, sharp blade. The larger Santoku and the smaller paring knife are pretty much all you need 95% of the time in the kitchen.
