OXO and another brand's were useless after first use. This one was like the older plastic cutting boards it is replacing. Un-honed knife only put light scratches into surface as expected. The others suffered deep cuts that actually created strings of plastic that could get into food. Bought all same day, same order and only this one survives.Follow-up:
Type of plastic used in the construction is the reason for my issues. Not being an expert I will just say that all Polys are not created equal and caveat emptor.
