Pampered Chef Color Coated Tomato Knife

I bought this for my Mom for Christmas, after I got one and love it. She loves it, too! It cuts easily through the tomato skin and smoothly through. I bought it along with the Hold N Slice, which is also fantastic!

I love Pampered Chef products and I decided it was time to invest in some really good knives for my kitchen. This line of knives are a lovely and easy to spot green color. Even after much use, the color never fades or flakes. They come with individual sheaths to protect the blade when storing them, but I just put them in my knife block. Beware: These knives are SHARP! I have cut myself more than once with the razor sharp edge while chopping tomatoes or onions with this particular knife.
