Bodum Bistro Ceramic 9 cm 3-1/2-Inch Fresh Cheese Knife

This Bodum Bistro Creamic knife is for fresh soft cheese like Cream Cheese, Feta, Roquefort. It will not stand up to hard cheeses like Gouda. It does the job it was made for very well, and as a benefit it doesn't pass on any metalic flavors to the cheese. I love mine!

The knife handler broke internally while cutting a small piece of gouda cheese. I probably used this knife 5 or 6 times.
