Arcos Maitre 7-Inch Granton Edge Santoku Knife

Really good product from a good company. It's not heavy, actually even lighter than I expected. The grip is good and comfortable even for people with big palms like myself.

It's not forged so it's probably not the best chef's knife you can find but it's very decent for the price and fun to use.

One thing I noticed and was weird but honestly I don't know if it's me or it should be like that the grooves on the knife are on the left face of the blade and if you're right handed then you should hold whatever you chop with your left hand. since the grooves are on the left face then the "non sticking" benefit happens in the side you don't need it... Again, I don't know if it's a problem or not but I got used to it and I enjoy working with it.

Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
