Zwilling J.A. Henckels Zwilling One 7-Piece Block Set

This set was actually better than I expected. It actually includes the santoku though it was not clearly listed in the description. The only downside would be the handles. While they are very elegant, they are made of a softer, rubber like material. While this makes them comfortable, they don't have a consistent tone and have a whitish color shift on some portions. It doesn't bother me, but if aesthetics are important, other lines may be better.

These knives are great, but you have to how what you are looking for since they make different levels of quality
