Santoku Japanese Knife 6 3/4" Blade w/ Holes

I've had santoku's before and loved them. The ones I've had in the past did not have the holes that help to release food. So I bought this one and love it.

Very versatile, not heavy, good balance and very sharp. Works well with meat as well as produce. I definitely recommend this for all types of cooks.

Great knife for the price, I'm going to purchase another one or two, very lite, sharp and easy to clean
