Great set of knives. I used to use this brand as a butcher in a slaughterhouse. They are built very sturdy and seem to maintain a good edge. The scissors that come with this kit are bullet proof and work very well.

I plan to use this kit for tailgating, camping, hunting, or whenever I end up cooking at someones else's house and I need a portable set of sharp knives.
