Nice knife for presentation. Does the job though it is not especially sharp, I found I still needed to push down harder than I thought I might need to slice. But would still recommend it.

It should have been a lot larger. Hard to get two hands on it. They must make small cheese blocks in Holland. At least it is not made in Communist China. It is more of something you would put at a dining table for everyone to cut their own slice of cheese than in the kitchen. Steel quality and workmanship are outstanding. Everyone needs one.

works great, almost over kill, but classy and very functional. Handle is just right and allows for large hands and a good grip so it doesn't slip.
