Mac Knife Professional Paring/Utility Knife, 5-Inch

Mac knives are simply the best knives and the best value for high end knives without spending thousands of dollars. I have had several for years and have never had to sharpen one of them, We use them daily. All that is needs is to run them over a steel 2 or 3 times a year.

They are very sharp and don't need constant sharpening. We have the Chef size and needed something smaller for paring and cutting fruit and smaller food items. This fit the bill perfectly and find that we are using this sometimes more often then the larger Chef size (8 inches) because its size. Definitely recommend if you are serious about slicing and dicing in the kitchen. I had a chef ask me if I cooked much when he saw my Mac knife in the kitchen!
