I love chef's and cook's knives, and I was intrigued by this knife..particularly because of the price. I purchased it out of curiousity more than anything else. I didn't believe I could buy a decent knife for this price. Well, I am happy to report that this is a great knife. I have been using it ever since I received it, and I love the feel and the weight of it. Unbelievable knife for the price. Trust me.
