These knives cut like there's no tomorrow. They are well built, well balanced and worth every penny. I like them so much that I purchased a set for my son and my daughter as well.

The knives are what you might expect for the price. They looked like some other Chicago Cutlery knives that I have that are much better so I expected more. They cut more like a saw than a knife and being serrated are not easily sharpened. They also have thinner handles than my original ones. I wish I had shopped a little more carefully and found the better quality ones.
