Winco Santoku Knife, 7-Inch

I am an avid cook, with over 20 years of culinary experience. I have a full collection of Zwillings Henckels Professional "S" series that I love. These Winware knives are designed to be very close the the Henckels Professional "S" line or Wustof Classics. The Winware knife was very substantial and well balanced with a very sharp blade out of the package. The steel may not be hard as the German ice hardened options, but with the cost nearly an order of magnitude below, more frequent sharpening is easily accepted.
